Disclosed are a skin anti-inflammatory composition containing a blackcurrant extract as an active ingredient, a skin-moisturizing composition, a cosmetic composition, and a cosmetic product. The blackcurrant extract is obtained by extracting blackcurrant using, as an extraction solvent, at least one solution selected from the group consisting of water, alcohol, or a solution mixture thereof.
