The present invention relates to an online shopping mall operation system and an operation method thereof. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a shopping mall server having multiple commodities available for sale/purchase online to sell the same; and a user terminal accessing the shopping mall server to purchase the commodities. The shopping server accumulates the payback point calculated based on actual payment of the purchaser and the payback point accumulation ratio of a corresponding purchased commodity, and, in the case that an introducer having introduced the commodity or the shopping mall to the purchaser exists, pays the royalty preset in the corresponding purchased commodity to the introducer. The online shopping mall management system according to the present invention enables the payback point to be accumulated and used by each commodity, and, at the same time, grants a benefit to the introducer who has introduced the online shopping mall or the commodity, thereby providing an advantageous effect of enhancing a promotion effect for the online shopping mall. Also, the online shopping mall management system grants differentiated benefits to the introducer based on commodities purchased by the introduced purchaser, thereby providing an advantageous effect of largely enhancing the promotion effect for specific commodities benefit of which is more granted.
