The present invention relates to a traditional fermented paste-derived Lactobacillus brevis SCML67 strain (KACC81007BP) which has an excellent antibacterial activity, antibiotic resistance, -glucosidase activity, antioxidant activity, and an extracellular enzyme secreting function with respect to harmful microorganisms, and does not generate biogenic amine; to an antibacterial microbial formulation with respect to fermented paste harmful microorganisms, wherein the antibacterial microbial formulation comprises the Lactobacillus brevis SCML67 strain or a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient; to food including the Lactobacillus brevis SCML67 strain; and to a method for controlling fermented paste harmful microorganisms, wherein the method comprises a step of treating the Lactobacillus brevis SCML67 strain or the culture medium thereof in fermented paste.
