The present invention provides an autonomous smart car user specific three-dimensional (3D) printer guiding method and a server therefor, to guide a user to usage of a 3D printer suitable for use in the autonomous smart car based on autonomous smart car user information. The method comprises the following steps of: an autonomous smart car management server collecting command and operation data of multiple autonomous smart car users; the autonomous smart car management server collecting 3D printer information and autonomous smart car information and building a database (DB); collecting combination information in which the 3D printers are respectively combined to the autonomous smart cars; upon reception of a 3D printer purchase request or a purchase information request from the autonomous smart car to the autonomous smart car management server, inquiring the 3D printer combination information suitable to the collected command and operation data of autonomous smart car users; and the autonomous smart car management server guiding the user to the combination data of corresponding 3D printer and an autonomous smart car in the case of presence of a suitable 3D printer, the autonomous smart car management server searching a 3D printer suitable to the autonomous smart car of the user from the DB and introducing the same and one or more of corresponding accessory information, installation information, and price information in the case of absence of a suitable 3D printer.
