The present invention relates to a method and a device to calculate disease diagnosis information based on medical images, capable of easily diagnosing a disease degree of a patient by using medical images obtained through CT, MRI, and ultrasonic imaging devices. The method includes: a step of detecting an area of interest, in which an analysis subject is photographed, from a medical image; a step of calculating a coefficient of variation based on pixel values in the area of interest; a step of making a variation coefficient image by dividing the coefficient of variation by pixel value of each area of interest and then collecting results of the division; and a step of calculating and outputting disease diagnosis information and predicting a disease degree by analyzing the variation coefficient image based on disease diagnosis standards comprising variation coefficient image samples which match the human anatomy and disease degrees.
