According to the present invention, the waste film cleaning winder allows adhesives, which are stripped away from the waste film by cleaning water while passing through the cleaning water contained in the cleaning box in a process of winding the waste film released from a film roll, to be removed by the plurality of bottom blades positioned on the lower part of the interior of the cleaning box, thereby securing a faster work speed to improve productivity.
