The present invention relates to a waste film cleaning winder, stripping adhesives attached to a waste film and washing foreign substances away from the waste film to allow the film to be reused after recycling the waste film thrown away after being used in an industrial field. The waste film cleaning winder comprises a plurality of bottom blades, tension bars, a water blower and a cutting blade. The plurality of bottom blades is positioned on a lower end of the interior of a cleaning box with cleaning water and is rubbed against the surface of a waste film to remove adhesives attached to the waste film. The tension bars are positioned in each space between the bottom blades to press the waste film downward to allow the waste film to be in close contact with the bottom blades. The water blower removes moisture and foreign substances stained on the waste film, which is cleaned and is directly transferred to the winder, through rubbing. The cutting blade is connected to a cylinder rod to cut the completely cleaned waste film into a predetermined size by the operation of a cylinder. According to the present invention, the waste film cleaning winder allows adhesives, which are stripped away from the waste film by cleaning water while passing through the cleaning water contained in the cleaning box in a process of winding the waste film released from a film roll, to be removed by the plurality of bottom blades positioned on the lower part of the interior of the cleaning box, thereby securing a faster work speed to improve productivity. Specifically, the film wound on a winder bar after completely cleaned is cut by the cutting blade and then, is transferred to a post-process such that superior workability for transport can be secured, and thus, personnel costs can be reduced to decrease manufacturing costs, thereby securing competitiveness.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
