Disclosed is an invention relating to a pickling inhibitor analyzing apparatus and a pickling inhibitor analysis method using the same. The pickling inhibitor analyzing apparatus according to a specific example is provided with: a first inflow portion into which a pickling inhibitor including an amine-based compound flows; a second inflow portion into which a decomposer flows; a third inflow portion into which a sodium hydroxide-sodium thiosulfate (SHST) solution flows; and a fourth inflow portion into which water flows, is provided with: a first reaction unit decomposing the sample by adding the decomposer to and heating the pickling inhibitor and generating ammonia (NH_3) by performing inflow of the SHST solution and water and distillation on the decomposed sample; a fifth inflow portion into which the ammonia flows after the distillation in the first reaction unit; a sixth inflow portion into which boric acid flows; a seventh inflow portion into which sulfuric acid flows; a pH measurement unit measuring internal pH; and a level measurement unit measuring an internal level, and includes a second reaction unit generating a collected solution by collecting the inflow ammonia with boric acid and dripping the collected solution by means of the inflow of the sulfuric acid.
