According to the present invention, a method of the present invention comprises: a step of pressurizing and mulling fine metal powder whose particles of 1-60 μm are almost globular, and thermoplastic organic binder at a ratio not to make a gap between the metal powder oversaturated to manufacture a feedstock; a step of compressing or performing extrusion molding of the feedstock to manufacture a molded body; a step of removing fat to remove the organic binder from the molded body; and a step of sintering the molded body, from which fat has been removed, to manufacture a high-density sintered body with over 95% of relative density. Accordingly, the present invention is able to realize a more complex and precise shape while applying a far lower pressure than a conventional powder metallurgy method; manufacture precise shapes of parts with a uniform internal density; greatly reduce a time to remove fat to remove the organic binder from the time required by the conventional powder injection molding method; and improve productivity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
