The present invention provides a processing device capable of emitting heat generated in a feeder as loss even if the feeder is installed in an airtight container. The processing device includes: a moving unit capable of moving in the airtight container; and a contactless power feeding device capable of feeding power from the outside of the airtight container to the moving unit. The contactless power feeding device includes a feeding unit and a heat radiation unit. The feeding unit includes the feeder and a feeding trance. The feeder includes a feeding area unit, which is installed in a moving direction of the moving unit, in the airtight container. The feeding trance is installed in the airtight container to face the feeding area unit not to be in contact. The feeding trance is installed to move along with the moving unit. The heat radiation unit includes a part on one end, coming into contact with the feeding area unit to conduct heat, and a part on the other end, exposed to the outside of the airtight container. Therefore, the heat radiation unit can radiate a part of the heat generated in the feeding area unit from the outside of the airtight container.
