Disclosed is a method for an intelligent intermediary system for a vehicle towing service, the method including: (a) a step of receiving a service request containing location information and destination information from a user terminal; (b) a step of departmentalizing a section between the starting place and destination into multiple element sections according to service for free or service availability, and forming a cost-effective route plan supporting a relay type towing service by mapping different towing service providers and each element section; (c) a step of transmitting command information to the towing service providers designated according to the cost-effective route plan; and (d) a step of transmitting information about the cost-effective route plan to the user terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
