Disclosed is a Co-Cr-based dental alloy with excellent machinability, oxidation resistance, and aesthetics to have high strength and moderate elongation percentage, and further, secure excellent oxidation resistance. According to the present invention, the Co-Cr-based dental alloy with excellent machinability, oxidation resistance, and aesthetics comprises: 22-29 wt% of Cr; 2-6.5 wt% of Al; 0.05-1.5 wt% of Y; 1-3 wt% of Si; and the remainder consisting of Co.
