The present invention relates to a Co-Cr-based dental alloy having high strength and suitable elongation as well as excellent machinability, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and aesthetics that can ensure excellent oxidation resistance. According to the present invention, a Co-Cr dental alloy having excellent cutting workability, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and aesthetic property according to the present invention comprises 22 to 29% by weight of Cr, 2 to 6.5% by weight of Al, %, Si: 1 to 3 wt%, and the balance Co, and may further comprise 1 to 9 wt% of Mo.
