The present invention relates to a composition for discriminating Yeonsan Ogye (all black chicken from Korea) using a native-specific gene, a kit, and a method for discriminating Yeonsan Ogye using the same. According to the present invention, the composition, the kit, and the method for discriminating breeds of chickens can discriminate Yeonsan Ogye, which is a rare breed of native chickens through a simple process, thereby being used for studying and preserving Yeonsan Ogye and discriminating a breed of Yeonsan Ogye among crossbreed chickens.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
