The present relates to a ginkgo peeling device, configured to obtain peeled ginkgo of which an inner shell is peeled by easily peeling secondarily processed ginkgo with a hopper, a frying means, a conveying means, and a peeling means, thereby shortening a processing time of peeled ginkgo to improve productivity and working efficiency. To this end, the ginkgo peeling device of the present invention comprises: a frying means (20) for storing a certain amount of cooking oil which keeps a constant temperature on the inside thereof to put secondarily processed ginkgo to obtain fried ginkgo; a conveying means including a first conveying means (30) for conveying the fried ginkgo obtained through the frying means (20); and a peeling means (50) for receiving the fried ginkgo conveyed through the conveying means to peel an inner shell to obtain peeled ginkgo. The peeling means (50) includes: a housing (52) having a plurality of first friction pads (526) to protrude inward at a predetermined length; a rotary plate (54) having a second friction pad (542) provided on a lower end of the housing (52) and having an upper end protruding at a predetermined height such that vortex is smoothly generated and an inner shell is easily peeled; a motor (562) provided on a lower end of the rotary plate (54) to rotate the rotary plate (54); and an elevating member (564) for elevating the rotary plate (54) such that peeled ginkgo is discharged at spacing intervals by forming the spacing intervals from the housing (52) when a peeling process is completed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
