The present invention relates to a desk including a side plate vertically disposed on both sides and an upper plate horizontally disposed between the side plates. According to the present invention, the desk comprises: a plurality of front/rear insertion grooves formed on an front/rear side of an inner surface of the side plate along a longitudinal direction, wherein all or a part of the front/rear grooves are formed by a long groove extended in a front/rear direction; a front/rear side support member fastened on the front/rear side of a lower part of the upper plate, having a moving hole penetrating one surface of both side parts, and having a spring inserted into and fixated in the inside; and a latch having a latch rod mounted and inserted inside both side parts of the front/rear support member to be appeared and disappeared when the spring is connected, inserting an end part into the front/rear insertion groove when the latch rod is withdrawn, and allowing a grip piece connected to the latch rod to penetrate a moving hole and protrude outside. According to the present invention, since the height and the angle can be easily and conveniently controlled, the height and the angle of the upper plate are freely control, so a user uses the desk in a comfortable pose. Therefore, concentration of the user is enhanced, fatigue can be dissolved even if the user sit in the front of the desk for a long time, and effects of facilitating manufacture, and reducing manufacturing costs and maintain expenses are provided due to a simple configuration.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
