The present invention relates to a method for assembling a desk capable of desk upper plate elevation and angle adjustment and a desk thereof. According to the present invention, a height of the desk upper plate on which a user can place documents, a computer, and so on and work, can be increased or decreased in accordance with a users body condition. In addition, an angle of the upper plate can be adjusted to satisfy convenience of use. As a joining structure between a rail for raising up and placing down the desk upper plate and a balance plate is improved, the rail and the balance plate are tightly joined in an easy manner, and balanced ascending and descending movement can be performed. A slipping prevention plate (50) for preventing books, slipping from the upper plate (10), from falling, a balance plate (34) for linking the upper plate, and an actuator (33) for forming a degree of inclination of the upper plate are formed. Therefore, the desk can effectively operate and be manufactured in an easy manner. Both side leg plates (20) are joined to a device unit box (30) accommodating an adjustment device unit for adjusting a height of the upper plate (10) and an angle of the upper plate. The upper plate (10) is joined to hinges (61) on end portions of support bars (62) formed on a pair of rails (31) protruding from the device unit box (30) joined to the both side leg plates (20).
