The present invention relates to a nematode control composition comprising a mixture of rapeseed cake and mustard cake, and more specifically, to a nematode control composition comprising a mixture of rapeseed cake and mustard cake as an effective component, and to a nematode control method using the same. The mixture of rapeseed cake and mustard cake according to the present invention has the excellent effect of suppressing the overproliferation of root-knot nematode, which retards the growth of crops, lowers productivity and degrades product quality by parasitizing the roots of the crops in the intensive cultivation condition of serial cultivation in a plastic film-house, and thus improves the growth of greenhouse vegetable crops such as cucumber, oriental melon, tomato and red pepper, and prevents a decrease in the productivity and product quality thereof. Also, since the mixture of rapeseed cake and mustard cake of the present invention, which is prepared using rapeseed cake and mustard cake that remain as by-products after oils are extracted therefrom as raw materials, has excellent nematode control effects, can be conveniently and inexpensively produced, and can be stored for a long time in a well-ventilated dark space by drying and maintaining the water content thereof at 8-9%. Thus, the mixture of rapeseed cake and mustard cake may be conveniently used as an environmentally-friendly nematode control agent in plastic film-house serial cultivation farms.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
