METHOD FOR PRODUCING HEALTHCARE FOOD USING CRICKET FED BY PURSLANE AS PRIMARY MATERIAL

A method for producing healthcare food using crickets fed by purslane as a primary material, the method comprising the following steps: (a) treating and washing crickets which are fed by fodders composed of 30-60 parts by weight of purslane with respect to 100 parts by weight of raised chicken feed and chicken-raising feed; (b) pulverizing and adding 5-7 g of bay with respect to 1 kg of crickets and immersing the resultant into water for 5-8 hours to mature the resultant; (c) putting 4-7 g of angelica gigas, kneeling angelica, peony, foxglove, ginseng, var articleno, and pachyma respectively, 1-2 g of licorice, 15-25 g of milk vetch root, 1-2 g of cinnamon, and 1,500-2,500 cc of water into a caldron and boiling the resultant at 90-100C for 30-50 minutes; and (d) autoclaving at 100-110 C for 30-50 minutes and cooling at 25-35C. The present invention has very useful effects in that crickets can be fed to sufficiently supply protein as chicken-raising feed; a great amount of crickets can be easily fed; a protein source with high protein, low fat, low calorie, and low cholesterol is added by using crickets containing a great amount of protein as a primary material and low-cost materials; and various oriental medicine materials are added, and thus, the health-care food according to the present invention can be eaten by any one regardless of age or sex, and constitution and thereby have effects of fatigue recovery and stimulating energy.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
