The present invention relates to a Transactive response(TAR) DNA binding protein-43(TDP-43)-GAL4 drosophila mutant, to a TDP-43-GAL4 and UAS-Green fluorescent protein(GFP) drosophila double mutant, and to a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a TDP-43-GAL4 and Green fluorescent protein (GFP) double mutant drosophila model capable of expressing fluorescent protein in tissue for expressing TDP-43 genes and capable of confirming the expression position and aspect of drosophila TDP-43 genes by using the same. According to the present invention, a GAL4 system which is an expression system capable of overexpressing gene transcription in specific tissue is used, so a drosophila double mutant simultaneously including a fluorescent protein overexpression mutant and a tissue-specific expression mutant of a TDP-43 gene produced by separating a TDP-43 gene promoter region from a drosophila genome and a method for producing the same can be provided. The drosophila double mutant can be used as a very useful animal model for screening TDP-43-related factors and studying the functions of TDP-42 genes of drosophila and the functions of human degenerative brain disease genes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
