The present invention relates to a system and a method thereof to provide an aftermarket service for the maintenance of a residential building and, more specifically, relates to a system and a method thereof to provide an aftermarket service for the maintenance of a residential building capable of providing an electronic manual about a residential building, and providing information matched with a company to sell, construct, or remodel an interior product for remodeling or interior decoration when the product is selected. Moreover, the system includes: a three-dimensional model management part storing and managing a three-dimensional model; a product information management part managing and storing product information about an interior product; a company information management part storing and managing company information about companies selling, replacing, repairing, or constructing the interior product, or remodeling the interior; and a maintenance part displaying a three-dimensional model of a specific household on a virtual three-dimensional space, placing interior products which are converted into three-dimensional objects in the three-dimensional model and selecting an interior product to be purchased, replaced, repaired, constructed, or remodeled, and then matching and displaying product information and company information about the interior product.
