The present invention relates to a foxglove aphid resistant trait marker of a soybean, wherein the foxglove aphid resistant trait marker comprises a nucleotide polymorphism marker; a foxglove aphid resistant soybean sorting composition and a kit, wherein the composition and the kit include formulations capable of detecting or amplifying the marker; and a foxglove aphid resistant soybean sorting method. Provided is a marker factor for specifying the position of a nucleic acid molecule on a genome in charge of resistance with respect to foxglove aphid infection. Moreover, the present invention provides a foxglove aphid resistant soybean sorting composition, wherein the composition comprises a probe capable of detecting a foxglove aphid resistant trait marker of a soybean or a formulation capable of amplifying the same; and a foxglove aphid resistant sorting kit including the composition; and a foxglove aphid resistant soybean sorting method.
