The present invention relates to a method for screening a colorectal cancer metastasis inhibitor, and to a colorectal cancer metastasis inhibitor screened by the method. In particular, the present invention relates to a method for screening a colorectal cancer metastasis inhibitor, which comprises a step of sorting a colorectal cancer metastasis inhibitor through the interaction of chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 7 (CCL7) and C-C chemokine receptor type 3 (CCR3) and a change in the expression of a factor in charge of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and/or a factor in charge of a mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway.
