The present invention relates to a lower body garment for exercise and correction that can be easily put on and off. The present invention includes: bottoms having the form of long pants or short pants and formed from a material pressing a lower body in a uniform manner; a first elastic band having the form of an elastic band, surrounding hips, and extending along a pelvic line from both upper sides of the bottoms; a second elastic band having the form of an elastic band, surrounding outer and inner sides of the thigh parts of the bottoms, and extending downward from both upper sides of the bottoms; a third elastic band having the form of an elastic band and surrounding front and back sides of upper knee parts of the bottoms; a fourth elastic band having the form of an elastic band and extending downward from lower front parts of the knee parts of the bottoms; a fifth elastic band having the form of an elastic band, surrounding the calf parts of the bottoms, and extending downward from back sides of the thigh parts of the bottoms; and opening and closing means in each of both side portions of the bottoms.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
