The present invention relates to an upper body garment for exercise and body correction, which is easily dressed and undressed. The upper body garment includes: a top garment formed of a material, which evenly presses an upper body, in a long-sleeved or short-sleeved T-shirt shape; a first flexible band which is a flexible band formed on each of shoulder portions of the top garment corresponding to positions of shoulder muscles of a wearer; a second flexible band which is a flexible band extending from a rear side of the first flexible band and formed on a rear back region of the top garment corresponding to a back muscle position of the wearer; a third flexible band which is a flexible band extending from a lower portion of the second flexible band and formed at both waist portions and a front stomach portion of the top garment; a fourth flexible band which is a flexible band formed on each arm region of the top garment corresponding to an arm muscle position of the wearer; a support band formed along a vertebra of the wearer from a central portion of a rear upper portion of the top garment in a vertically downward direction; and an opening-closing device provided at both side portions of the top garment facing the arm portion of the top garment or at a front center portion of the top garment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
