The present invention relates to a thermostability-enhanced compound for organic devices. More specifically, provided is a compound for organic devices, which ensures enhanced thermostability by containing at least one adamantine group at a terminal end of a compound for light-emitting layers or a compound for hole transfer layers. Moreover, provided is a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the organic device produced by containing the compound for organic devices increases lifespan and performance of the organic devices without causing deformation by heat generated when driving the devices.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
