The present invention relates to a thermostability-enhanced compound for organic devices. More specifically, provided is a compound for organic devices, which ensures enhanced thermostability by containing at least one adamantine group at a terminal end of a compound for light-emitting layers or a compound for hole transfer layers. Moreover, provided is a production method thereof.
