The objective of the present invention is to solve a problem of an existing pre-stressed (PS) steel composite girder manufacturing method to manufacture the PS steel composite girder in a hanging shape. The girder is hung in the existing PS steel composite girder manufacturing method, so a structure of a manufacturing device should be strong and the manufactured girder should be moved and stored in a yard by using heavy equipment. According to the present invention, the method comprises: a first step of connecting or assembling divided steel girder parts provided to a site from a factory to complete a steel girder, installing a temporary support in a position spaced inside from both ends of the steel girder, and placing the steel girder on the support; a second step of installing a mold by including as much as a predetermined length from the both ends of the steel girder, or an inner part when the steel girder is placed on the temporary support, depositing casing concrete in the mold, and curing the concrete; a third step of removing the mold, installing a hydraulic jack beside the temporary support, moving the temporary support near the inner end part of end part casing concrete when the girder is lifted, making the temporary support to play a role of a support, and removing the hydraulic jack; and a fourth step of installing a mold in a part not deposited by the casing concrete, depositing the casing concrete in the mold, curing the concrete, and removing the mold to complete the steel composite girder. According to the present invention, since the completed girder is extended, fixated, and settled in the position without being moved by heavy equipment while being stacked in the yard, the heavy manufacturing device is omitted and moving the PS steel composite girder by the heavy equipment is not required, and thereby quickness and economic efficiency of construction are able to be enhanced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
