The present invention relates to a self-assembled alkyl-substituted porphyrin derivative and a production method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a self-assembled alkyl-substitued porphyrin derivative which is applicable as a channeling substance for field effect transistor (FET) owing to an effective stratified structure among porphyrin molecules due to H-aggregate features. The present invention further relates to a production method thereof. According to the present invention, the self-assembled alkyl-substitued porphyrin derivative exhibits excellent efficiency in electron transfer owing to the stratified structure among porphyrin molecules due to H-aggregate features, thereby being useful as the channeling substances for FET.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
