The present invention relates to a self-assembled dipeptide/porphyrin nanotube and a photocatalytic production method for oxidoreductase cofactors using the same. The photocatalytic production method for oxidoreductase cofactors according to the present invention converts light energy in visible radiation zone into electric energy using the self-assembled dipeptide/porphyrin nanotube in order to efficiently recycle cofactors, connects oxidoreductase reaction to cofactor recycling in order to finally produce fine chemicals and the likes from light energy so that the photocatalytic production method for oxidoreductase cofactors can be used for performing various biocatalysis using the oxidoreductase.
