Disclosed are a method for intermediating a loan by using an unlisted stock, and an intermediating system for the same. The method comprises: an information providing step in which an intermediating system provides terminals of a plurality of candidate lenders with information on a borrower′s unlisted stocks which are to be used as loan security and information on a transfer condition which is a condition in which unlisted stocks are transferred to the lenders when the borrower fails to perform a duty for a loan; a lender specifying step in which the intermediating system, on the basis of the provided information, specifics a lender who performs a loan by using the unlisted stocks as security and agrees with the transfer condition from the candidate lenders; and a loan intermediating step in which the intermediating system intermediates the performance of a loan between the borrower and the lender specified through the lender specifying step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
