The present invention provides a method and a system, to enable unlisted stock secured loan to be effective. Disclosed are a loan brokerage method using unlisted stocks and a brokerage system therefor. The loan brokerage method using unlisted stocks comprises: an information providing step of the brokerage system providing information with respect to the unlisted stocks of a borrower to be security of the loan and information with respect to a transfer condition which transfers the unlisted stocks to a lender if the borrower does not perform an obligation according to the loan to terminals of a plurality of candidate lenders; a lender specifying step of the brokerage system specifying the lender who lends the unlisted stocks as the security and agrees the transfer condition among the plurality of candidate lenders based on the provided information; and a loan brokerage step of the brokerage system intermediating the loan performance between the lender specified through the lender specifying step and the borrower.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
