The present invention relates to a method for producing zinc-silver-indium-sulfide luminescent nano-particles having only a core structure of chemical formula, (Zn_(x+a)Ag_yIn_z)S_(2+b). In the chemical formula, 0=x=1, 0=y=1, 0=z=1, x+y+z=1, 0a0.5 mmol, and 0b2.0 mmol. The method comprises the steps of: (a) producing a luminescent nano-particle core having a composition of zinc-silver-indium-sulfide from a zinc precursor, a silver precursor, an indium precursor, and a vulcanizing agent by using ultrasonic wave irradiation; (b) further adding a compound including a zinc component and a sulfur component into the produced luminescent nano-particle core, and emitting ultrasonic waves; and (c) washing and dispersing nano-particles onto which the ultrasonic waves of step (b) are emitted.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
