The present application relates to a polymer electrolyte composition and an all-solid-state electrochromic device. The polymer electrolyte composition according to an embodiment of the present application includes: lithium sa a solvent; one or more kinds of oligomers selected from polypropylene glycol oligomers, polyethylene glycol oligomers and aniline oligomers; and a radical initiator.
