A suit-type harness of the present invention is worn on the human body, has a rope fastening means on one side or both sides to be fastened to a rope lifting the human body, and has an upper body tightening means and a lower body tightening means to tighten the upper body and the lower body by pulling a left side part and a right side part independently by an upper part and a lower part of a harness, wherein the abdomen and both lower parts of the harness are separated into the left side part and the right side part. The upper body tightening means and the lower body tightening means are vertically arranged on the left side part and right side part of the harness, and comprises: a plurality of pulleys; a wire to tighten the upper body; and a female Velcro or a male Velcro. The pulleys are arranged to be opposed to the left side and the right side. The wire to tighten the upper body is wound in a zigzag form between the opposing left and right pulleys. The female Velcro or the male Velcro is fixated to an end of the tightening wire. The distance between the opposing left and right pulleys is narrowed by pulling the wire to tighten the upper body and a wire to tighten the lower body only once such that the harness is able to cover the human body. Moreover, the harness is able to easily and tightly be worn throughout the upper body and the lower body by attaching the female Velcro or the male Velcro fixated to the end of the tightening wire to the male Velcro or the female Velcro of the harness.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
