The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a biosensor platform using graphene and protein, a biosensor platform made by the same and a field effect transistor type biosensor comprising the same. By designing proteins self-assembled on the surface of graphene and effectively modifying the surface of the graphene, a field effect transistor type biosensor maintains electric properties of the graphene and selectively reacts to a specific biomaterial with high sensitivity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
