The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a biosensor platform using graphene and a protein, a biosensor platform manufactured thereby, and a field effect transistor type biosensor comprising the same. It is possible to provide a field-effect transistor-type biosensor in which graphene surface is modified to selectively retain the electrical characteristics of the graphene with high sensitivity to a specific biomaterial.
