The present invention relates to a device used for a system for controlling and preventing livestock epidemics using hydroxyl (OH) radicals in a gaseous phase and, more specifically, to a system for controlling and preventing livestock epidemics of a drying device using OH radicals in a gaseous phase, and a system for controlling and preventing livestock epidemics of a wet device using a mixed solution in which OH radicals in a gaseous phase are dissolved in water. According to the present invention, purchase costs of existing disinfectants can be reduced; effects of sterilization are increased; and waterborne epidemics of livestock caused by polluted water can be prevented.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
