The present invention relates to an alarming device for transmitting a disaster signal and a method for transmitting a disaster signal. The alarming device for transmitting a disaster signal comprises: a database (111) which stores information of terminal possessors; a call management unit (112) which receives a list, corresponding to warning signal receivers who receive a warning signal for a disaster among the terminal possessors, from the database when receiving transmission of the warning signal; a master server (113) which receives the list from the call management unit (112) and transmits a call and the warning signal, generated by a broadcast device (140), to a predetermined number of terminals among a plurality of terminals (120-1, 120-2...120-n) to correspond to the list; and a first slave server (114) which receives the list from the master server (113) when the number of terminals corresponding to the list is larger than the predetermined number, and transmits the call and the warning signal, generated by the broadcast device (140), to terminals which have not received the call from the master server (113).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
