The present invention relates to a fiber-reinforced liquid metal formed body coated with polydopamine and a functional nano-material. 1) Fiber selected among carbon fiber, aramid fiber, and cellulose nano-fiber is coated with a functional nano-material having one or more selected among grapheme, CNT, silver nano, a silver nano-wire, and titanium dioxide, and then viscous polydopamine is coated to form fiber (carbon fiber, aramid fiber, or cellulose nano-fiber) coated with the polydopamine and the functional nano-material. Then 2) selected fiber is formed in single fiber or in a sheet form to insert the fiber into a mold formed in a design form of a desired product and press liquid metal formed by heating liquid metal to melt the liquid metal by a plunger to inject the liquid metal into the preheated mold in which the fiber coated with the polydopamine and the functional nano-material exists to tightly combine, cool, press, solidify, and form (die casting) the fiber (fiber selected among the carbon fiber, the aramid fiber, and the cellulose nano-fiber) coated with the molten liquid metal, the polydopamine, and the functional nano-material to form a functional fiber-reinforced liquid metal formed body of a design form of a desired product such as an electronic device (a mobile phone, a laptop, a tablet PC, a computer), an automobile, an exterior and a part of an airplane, a reactor in a chemical industry, a heat exchanger, a medical instrument, a golf club, and a fishing pole exhibiting a property of the fiber (fiber selected among the carbon fiber, the aramid fiber, and the cellulose nano-fiber) coated with the liquid metal, the polydopamine, and the functional nano-material.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
