The present invention relates to a carbon seal and a mixing prevention member for a turbo pump of a liquid rocket engine employing the same. The carbon seal is installed to contact the outer circumferential surface of a cylindrical driving shaft, which rotates at a high speed; prevents a fluid from leaking from the gap between the outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft; and comprises an uneven surface facing the outer circumferential surface of the driving shaft of the carbon seal. In addition, the mixing prevention member for a turbo pump of a liquid rocket engine is applied to the turbo pump of the liquid rocket engine; minimizes the leakage of fuzzy gas, fuel, and oxidizing agent through the gap from the driving shaft which rotates at a high speed; is installed in a middle housing in between a fuel pump and an oxidizing agent pump of the turbo pump; and comprises: a first mixing prevention member which is installed on the fuel pump side; and a second mixing prevention member which is installed on the oxidizing agent pump side.
