The present invention relates to Beauveria bassiana M130 (KCTC12104BP) strains being insect-pathogenic fungi with an insecticidal activity and a biological elimination method for eliminating greenhouse whiteflies and Bemisia tabaci by using the same. According to the present invention, the Beauveria bassiana M130 strains with an insecticidal activity against insects in the Trialeurodes group can be separated from aphids and grown in a culture medium prepared by using a rice bran extract to be suitable for mass spore production and insect elimination activity enhancement. The spore culture medium prepared in the culture medium is diluted and directly sprayed to the greenhouse whiteflies and Bemisia tabaci to eliminate the insects. Accordingly, the present invention can use the stains as an effective microbial pesticide agent for the greenhouse whiteflies and as a tool in an eco-friendly agriculture industry.
