The present invention relates to a strain of Beauveria bassiana M130 (KCTC12104BP) which an insect pathogenic fungus having insecticidal activity and a biological control method used for controlling the greenhouse whitefly and Bemisia tabaci by using a base sequence thereof. According to the present invention, provided is a biological method in which the strain of Beauveria bassiana M130 (KCTC12104BP), which is an insect pathogenic fungus having insecticidal activity against whitefly, is separated from dead melon aphid bodies. A rice bran extract is used to be manufactured in the strain to prepare a culture medium composition for maximizing the increase of the insecticidal activities by using the mass production of spore. The spore culture solution cultivated in the culture medium composition is diluted to be directly sprayed onto the greenhouse whitefly and Bemisia tabaci, thereby executing a pest control activity. Therefore, the strain of Beauveria bassiana M130 is used as a microbial pesticide that is effective against greenhouse whitefly, thereby being able to be used as a farming product for eco-friendly agriculture.
