The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a tea bag composition using Helianthus tuberosus, Momordica charantia, and Dendropanax morbiferus, and to a method for manufacturing solids and pills using the tea bag composition, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a tea bag composition which comprises the following steps: a raw material preparation step for drying and crushing the Helianthus tuberosus, the Momordica charantia, and the Dendropanax morbiferus respectively; a raw material mixing step for mixing a Helianthus tuberosus powder, a Momordica charantia powder, and a Dendropanax morbiferus powder prepared in the raw material preparation step; and a sterilizing and disinfecting step for sterilizing and disinfecting a raw material mixture manufactured in the raw material mixing step with steam. The tea bag composition manufactured through the steps is easily ingested, and exhibits effects of improving diabetes, increasing energy, relieving hangover, reducing pains, improving blood circulation, and alleviating stress owing to effective ingredients of the Helianthus tuberosus, the Momordica charantia, and the Dendropanax morbiferus.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
