The present invention relates to a production method of Boehmeria nivea L. muffin having anti-oxidative activity by using Boehmeria nivea L. powder, and Boehmeria nivea L. muffin produced by the same. The Boehmeria nivea L. muffin comprises: 100 parts by weight of weak flour; 5 to 10 parts by weight of Boehmeria nivea L. powder; 40 to 60 parts by weight of butter; 40 to 60 parts by weight of eggs; 40 to 60 parts by weight of milk; 40 to 60 parts by weight of a sweetener; and 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of baking powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
