The present invention provides an evolved gas analysis apparatus with detection accuracy of a gas component without increasing a size of the apparatus. According to the present invention, the evolved gas analysis apparatus comprises: a heating unit (10) heating a sample (S) to generate a gas component (G); a detection means (110) to detect the gas component generated from the heating unit; and a gas passage (41) connecting between the heating and the detection means to supply mixture gas (M) mixing the gas component and carrier gas (G) to lead the gas component to the detection means, and the gas passage has a branch path (42) opened outside.
