PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evolved gas analysis device that cools a sample holder in a short time without excessively increasing cooling capacity or the entire device size, and improves the efficiency of analysis work.SOLUTION: Provided is an evolved gas analysis device 200 comprising a sample holder 20 for holding a sample S, a heating unit 10 for heating the sample and generating a gas component G and accommodating the sample holder within itself, and detection means 110 for detecting the gas component generated by the heating unit, wherein the evolved gas analysis device is further provided with: a sample holder support 204L for supporting the sample holder movably to a prescribed position in and outside of the heating unit; and a cooling unit 30, disposed to the outside of the heating unit, for coming in contact directly or indirectly with the sample holder and cooling the sample holder when the sample holder is moved to a discharge position at which a sample can be put in or taken out on the outside of the heating unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
