Disclosed are an offline split payment processing system, an offline split payment processing method based on a split payment recommendation, and an apparatus using the same. The system is as follows: obtaining check-in information corresponding to a store where a user enters; obtaining group information extracted from an application installed in a mobile terminal of the user; determining whether a situation is a split payment recommendation, where a split payment is needed, or not, on the basis of the check in and group information; and recommending the split payment when determined the current situation is the split payment recommendation. Furthermore, the system rapidly understands a situation where the split payment is needed, and provides a split payment service, thus collectively providing the split payment, such that users do not pay in several times for the split payment. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a split payment service for users by rapidly recognizing a split payment situation in an offline payment through a mobile terminal.
