The present invention relates to an offline payment processing system, an offline payment processing method using secondary authentication based on a payment area, and a device using the same. Check-in information corresponding to a store which a user enters is acquired, and primary authentication information for primary authentication corresponding to pre-approval for purchase corresponding to the store from a mobile terminal is received. Secondary authentication which is dependent on the primary authentication is performed on the basis of whether the mobile terminal is positioned in a preset payment area when the primary authentication is valid, and offline payment in the store can be performed on the basis of the result of the secondary authentication.
