Disclosed are a system for processing offline payment, a method of processing offline payment based on secondary authentication using a motion pattern and an apparatus using the same. The system for processing offline payment is to acquire check-in information corresponding to a store which a user enters, to receive first authentication information for first authentication corresponding to a pre-approval for purchase corresponding to the store from a mobile terminal, and to perform secondary authentication that is dependent on the first authentication if the first authentication is valid. The present invention generates second authentication information in a form corresponding to a motion pattern for the mobile terminal, transmits the generated second authentication information to at least one among the mobile terminal and a POS corresponding to the store, and performs offline payment in the store based on the result of the second authentication using the second authentication information.
