The present invention relates to a system for managing a health condition of a pregnant woman using a wearable device. An objective of the present invention is to measure a change in a health condition of a pregnant woman in real time by a wearable device, and manage the pregnant woman online in real time based on measured health condition information. To achieve the objective, the system for managing a health condition of a pregnant woman using a wearable device comprises: a wearable device (100) to measure health information of a pregnant woman; a mobile communication terminal (200) to receive the health information of the pregnant woman measured by the wearable device (100) to transmit the health information of the pregnant woman to the outside; and a management server (300) to receive the health information of the pregnant woman from the mobile communication terminal (200) to store the health information of the pregnant woman, determine whether a health condition of the pregnant woman is abnormal from the stored health information of the pregnant woman, and notify a medical team (400) if the health of the pregnant woman is determined to be abnormal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
