The present invention relates to a heat radiation apparatus of an LED light capable of preventing a service life of an LED element from being reduced. The LED light includes a painted steel plate (10) which is a frame, a printed circuit board (50), and an LED (20). At least two graphite rings (30) are arranged between the painted steel plate and the LED in series. A graphite sheet (40) is installed between the graphite rings (30) arranged in series. The graphite rings (30) have a cylindrical ring shape by rolling the expanded graphite (x, y axes). The diameters of the rings (30) are the same as the width of the LED (20) adjacent to the rings (30). The thickness is preferably 5 to 20 mm. The length is preferably 2 to 7 cm. The graphite ring (30) discharges heat in a vertical direction (a z axis) at a thermal conduction rate of 200 w/m.k and is attached to a graphite sheet (40) to disperse the heat at thermal conduction rate of 200 w/m.k in horizontal directions (x and y axes) again.
